Andy Oliver will make his sixth start of the season tonight. He has had three starts in which he pitched shutout ball, but he has also had two outings in which he got hit hard. In the shutouts, he has given up just six hits over 17 total innings. In the other two games, he has allowed 11 runs in 9.1 innings. Oliver has had control problems in all of his starts. In 26.1 innings he has issued 17 walks. The 25-year-old lefty has 32 strikeouts this year, including a season-high ten on 4/19 against Louisville.

Stolmy Pimentel will get his fifth start of the year tonight. He has allowed just one earned run this season and he leads the Eastern League in ERA. In 23.1 innings, Pimentel has given up 13 hits, 13 walks and struck out 23 batters. He has a .160 BAA and a 1.05 GO/AO ratio. Right-handed batters are hitting just .105 against him. Three of his starts have come on the road.

Matt Benedict will make his fourth start of the season tonight. He has also pitched once in relief. Benedict has got better in each of his outings so far this year. After opening with seven runs over three innings, he allowed three runs on eight hits in 5.2 innings during game two. He gave up two runs on just four hits in his next start, then allowed one run over six innings in his last game. Benedict has a 2.07 GO/AO ratio this year. In two partial seasons with Bradenton, he is 0-11 in 12 starts and six relief appearances.

Tyler Glasnow will get his fifth start of the season tonight. He went five shutout innings in his debut, giving up four hits, no walks and he struck out six batters. Since then he has had trouble going deep into games due to high pitch counts. Glasnow has thrown nine innings over his last three starts combined and while he has allowed just four hits, he has given up 11 walks during that time. He has 16 strikeouts in 15 innings, while posting a .148 BAA. Glasnow has made two starts at home, two on the road. His ERA in 0.00 at home, 6.00 on the road.
