Anderson Hernandez went 1-for-3, with a walk and his first home run of the DWL season. He now has a .737 OPS through 39 games.
Felix Pie went 0-for-4, with an RBI and a strikeout. He has a .242/.362/.339 line through 35 games.
Alex Valdez went 2-for-4, with two singles and two RBI’s. He now has a .311 average and 18 RBI’s in 30 games.
Kris Johnson, making his second appearance of the DWL season, threw three hitless innings of relief. He walked one and struck out two batters. Johnson allowed the tying run to score in the sixth inning after coming on with men on first and second and no outs. He gave up two sacrifice hits to the first two batters he faced, Felix Pie and Alex Valdez.
