UPDATE 5:50 PM: Kevin Decker, drafted in the 39th round this year, has been promoted from State College, with Ramon Aguero going on the disabled list with right elbow soreness. That’s quite a jump for the former College of Charleston right hander. Decker had a 4.02 ERA in 53.2 innings with State College this year, with a 4.7 K/9 and a 2.2 BB/9.
