Corey Dickerson to Begin Rehab Assignment Tonight

Published:

The Pittsburgh Pirates announced on Friday morning that outfielder Corey Dickerson will begin a rehab assignment with Indianapolis tonight. Dickerson has been out with a shoulder injury since April 4th.

Dickerson was originally supposed to start a rehab assignment on April 27th with Indianapolis, but he had a late setback during one of his throwing sessions, feeling tightness when he was throwing from 110 feet. He went 2-for-13 with a home run and three walks in four games with the Pirates before going on the injured list.
