Welcome to the Pirates Prospects daily video rundown, where we pull some of the top videos of the Pittsburgh Pirates across the internet.
Thomas Harrington
We haven’t seen much from Harrington since being drafted out of Campbell with the 36th overall pick last year. He has an advanced pitch mix that could help him move quickly, and here he uses that to his advantage.
Pirates RHP prospect Thomas Harrington introduced himself to O’s low minors hitters by blowing heat past them consistently. Harrington had short counts & was successful vs both RH, LH batters pic.twitter.com/RpxgG0QEnz

JP Massey
After another quick look at Harrington, the next video is of JP Massey, who was also taken in the 2022 draft as one of many college pitching signings. The righty has shown the ability to generate some swing and miss. He has some extreme control issues that will have to be ironed out.
RHP prospect JP Massey was the arm of the day. Swings off Massey were pretty bad. By my count he k’d 7 of 9 hitters faced. pic.twitter.com/xtw8hA3FQn

Michael Kennedy
The lefty may be one of the most intriguing prospects in the system solely due to his age. He will spend the entire 2023 season at 18-years-old. There’s enough upside that he was committed to pitch at LSU, and we’ve seen just how dominant they’ve been this year.
LHP prospect Michael Kennedy threw an inning too! He had Costes confounded until strike 3. He’ll be built up to increase innings during extended spring training #pitcher pic.twitter.com/DLPLk12ci7
