Daily Video Rundown

Brenden Dixon

The bats fell silent for the majority of the night for the Bradenton Marauders, as in total they scored just two runs on six hits on Thursday.

Brenden Dixon drove in both runs on the night with a two-run triple in the eighth inning. The extra-base hit was his 13th of the season.

Liover Peguero

Another big night at the plate for Altoona shortstop Liover Peguero, going 2-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and a stolen base. The home run was his fourth of the season, and the stolen base was his 10th.

He started things off with this RBI single in the first inning, scoring Nick Gonzales. Peguero followed that up with the home run in the fourth inning, pushing Altoona’s lead to 4-0.

Mike Burrows

Burrows was magnificent once again, pitching seven innings of two-hit, one walk, shutout baseball while striking out eight batters. He picked up his third win of the season and dropped his season ERA under two (1.90).

Matt Fraizer

As the graphic states, the Curve have hit a home run in 11 straight games, a streak continued after this Matt Fraizer shot. It was his third of the season, bringing his season average up to .196.
