Pirates Set Opening Day Roster

The Pittsburgh Pirates have set their Opening Day roster, making the recent signings of catcher Andrew Knapp and outfielder Jake Marisnick official in the process. To make room for the signings, Adonis Medina has been designated for assignment, which we learned last night, and Greg Allen has been placed on the 60-day IL.
