The final holdup to the deal being complete has to do with the health and safety protocols. Talks are still going on, but the deal may not be completed tonight according to Jon Heyman.

MLB and the players union have been discussing interpretations of the March 26 agreement related to heath and safety, and there's at least one big point that still needs to be ironed out — however, there's still hope things can be resolved by tomorrow.
