The following is part of our simulation of the 2020 Pittsburgh Pirates season, using Out of the Park Baseball (OOTP). We simulate the season each day, as it was originally scheduled, and with no input from any of us, all to give you a Pirates team to follow this year. You can follow the simulation by inning and make it seem like a game, or you can skip to the end and find out what happens.
The Pirates will look to take the three game series against the Cardinals, with Mitch Keller on the mound.

Dyson grounds out to second. Reynolds doubles on a line drive to center. Polanco grounds out back to the mound, with Reynolds moving to third. Bell grounds out to first.
Tyer O’Neil enters as a pinch hitter and strikes out. Keller strikes out Wong on three pitches, and strikes out Bader on five pitches.

Rob Kaminski enters to pitch for the Cardinals. Frazier flies out to left. Hayes grounds out to third. Stallings strikes out.

Riddle flies out to center. Kevin Kramer enters as a pinch hitter for Keller and grounds out to second. Dyson doubles on a line drive to right. Reynolds strikes out.
