The Peoria Javelinas played their second game on Thursday night. After a 10-6 win in the season opener, they visited Glendale and continued the offense in a 10-3 victory.

Jared Oliva batted third and played center field, after playing left field in the opener. He had a nice game tonight, going 2-for-5 with two singles, two runs scored, an RBI and a walk. Oliva was 1-for-4 with a double, walk and two runs scored on Wednesday.

When he didn't make it as a lefty pitcher with an 80+ MPH fastball and a slider that needed work, John turned to covering the game, eventually focusing in on the prospects side, where his interest was pushed by the big league team being below .500 for so long.
