Right after posting this announcement, I am heading up to Tampa to pick up the 2016 Prospect Guide from the printer. The rest of my evening will be spent packaging up the pre-sales and any other sales that come in tonight, and getting them ready to ship out first thing tomorrow morning.
In short: the 2016 Prospect Guide is now available!
If you haven’t bought your copy of the book yet, here is the information you need to know:
Top Prospect Plans
Anyone under a Top Prospect Plan (3 year subscription) gets a free copy of the book. However, you have to actually order the copy. Go to the products page of the site, and when you order your copy, use the code “TOPPROSPECT” to make it free. Simple as that.
Anyone who isn’t currently a Top Prospect subscriber can still upgrade their subscription to get a free copy. All you have to do is go to the subscription page, where you will see your prorated upgrade price displayed. After you upgrade, I will have to manually attach the code to your account, and will e-mail you when that is complete. At that point, you will be able to order your free copy.

Annual Subscribers
Annual subscribers also receive a discount, getting $10 off the book using the code “ANNUAL”. To get your discount, go to the products page, order the book, and enter the code at checkout. The annual discount also applies to anyone who signed up under the DraftKings promotion.

The e-Book
Now that the book is officially released, the eBook is available on the products page. The eBook is $15, but anyone with an Annual plan or Top Prospect Plan gets $10 off. To get that $10 discount, use the code “EBOOK” when purchasing (the code is already attached to your account). That makes the eBook just $5 for any subscriber on an Annual plan or higher.

Gift Packages
We also offer gift packages, which are great for friends or family members who are Pirates fans. Today is the last day that you can purchase a gift package and have the book sent out in time for Christmas delivery (the USPS deadline is tomorrow). Here are the options available:
**2016 Prospect Guide / One Year Subscription – For just $44.99 ($10 off the regular price) you can give a one year subscription to the site, plus the 2016 Prospect Guide. This has been our most popular gift package so far. And if you want to split the package up and keep the Prospect Guide or the subscription for yourself, we won’t tell anyone.
**Three Year Subscription / 2016 Prospect Guide – You can also purchase a three-year subscription as a gift, which comes with the free copy of the 2016 Prospect Guide.
**Annual Subscription – Just want to give one year of a site subscription? We can do that too!
For the site subscriptions, we send you a custom gift card with a coupon code that can be redeemed on the site. The card looks like this (with a custom message at the bottom, including the recipient’s name):
These are also great for last-minute gifts, as I will be sending out the gift cards through Christmas eve and Christmas morning for anyone who needs a quick gift to give.
DraftKings Promotion
The best deal we have for non-subscribers or monthly subscribers is with our promotion through DraftKings. If you’re not already a DraftKings member, you can sign up for a new account through us (using this link), and after depositing a minimum of $5, you will get one year of site access for free! You will also have the option to upgrade to our Top Prospect Plan for an additional $50 when you sign up for your new site membership.
If you’re planning on buying the book, this is the best route to take. It would cost $25 for a monthly subscriber or a non-subscriber to buy the book. With the DraftKings promotion, you’d get the book for $15, plus your $5 minimum deposit to your new DraftKings account. Overall, you’d go from paying $25 for the Prospect Guide, to paying a minimum of $20 for the Prospect Guide and a one year site subscription.
After you have signed up for a new DraftKings account (can’t be an existing member), deposited at least $5 in your account, and participated in a contest, send an e-mail to Javier Vargas at DraftKings (jvargas@draftkings.com) and let him know you are participating in the Pirates Prospects subscription promotion.
