Last night we wrote about how Wyatt Mathisen left the West Virginia Power game early after a collision at third base, which resulted in a lower leg injury. Mathisen has been placed on the disabled list today.
The good news for West Virginia is that JaCoby Jones has been activated from the DL. Jones had been out for the last week with a knee injury, and it doesn’t look like it was major, since he only missed a week.
