Almost feels like there isn’t a game today. Gates don’t open until 12:30, and not a single player on the field.

UPDATE 12:30 PM: Some information on the Hagerstown (Washington Nationals) players:

-Eury Perez was the #11 prospect in the Washington system heading in to the season, and the number two center field prospect behind Justin Maxwell.  Perez hit for a .381/.443/.503 line in 181 at-bats in the GCL last year.

-Adrian Nieto (25) and J.P. Ramirez (29) also rated in the top 30 Washington prospects prior to the 2010 season.

-Sammy Solis was drafted in the 2nd round of this year’s draft.  Eventually he’ll be known as “the guy who was drafted right before Stetson Allie”.  So far he has only made one appearance, pitching two perfect innings with one strikeout.

UPDATE 1:05 PM: Game is starting. I’ve got the writing press box all to myself today. Game updates via Twitter.
