Rob Biertempfel reports that Brian Jeroloman has been traded to the Washington Nationals.

The Pirates claimed Jeroloman in late 2011 from Toronto, then lost him a month later on waivers to Toronto. They added him in a minor trade before the season to add depth in Triple-A. It will probably only be a matter of time before he’s back again.
