Mitch Keller (0-3, 6.23) will be making his fourth start of the season. The Brewers are countering with right-hander Brandon Woodruff (2-1, 4.30), who will also be making his fourth start.

Kevin Newman left early
The Pirates announce that SS Kevin Newman left the game with left groin tightness, an injury that kept him out a few games a week ago. Diego Castillo pinch hit for Newman but played third and Ke'Bryan Hayes moved to short for the first time in his pro career.
