Daily Video Rundown

Fabricio Macias

Macias has carved out a decent spot on Altoona as a role player, hitting his third home run in Double-A this season. He has a total of 10 extra-base hits in 32 games at the level this season.

Termarr Johnson

The Pirates 2022 first round pick made his Bradenton debut on Wednesday, going 1-for-4 with an infield single being his first hit at the level. He batted sixth and played second base during the game.

Anthony Solometo

It was an impressive day for Solometo on multiple fronts. His final line was strong, striking out six over four innings while allowing just a hit, one run, and two walks. He ran into some self-created trouble in the fourth inning, resulting in the single run, but also worked himself out of it as well.

Cal Mitchell

If there is any player in Indianapolis that has worked his way into another opportunity with the Pirates, it’s Cal Mitchell, who keeps hitting. He bloops a single into shallow right field to score a runner from second base.

Sergio Campana

Campana continues his season of where he actually makes contact with the baseball, it’s hit very hard. He’s passed his extra-base totals from a year ago, but is striking out at a much higher rate. He hit his sixth home run of the season on Wednesday.

Norkis Marcos

Marcos picked up his fifth home run of the season for Bradenton, this one as a part of Tuesday’s game the picked back up Wednesday afternoon.
