Winter Leagues: Ike Schlabach Finishes Up Strong in Puerto Rico

In Puerto Rico, Ike Schlabach made his last appearance of the winter and tossed two shutout innings to pick up his sixth save. He allowed one hit, one walk and struck out three batters. Schlabach finishes up with a 1.35 ERA in 13.1 innings over 12 appearances, with 12 strikeouts and a .212 BAA. He threw shutout ball in his last 9.2 innings.

Chris Sharpe went 1-for-2 with a walk and a run scored in his team’s 1-0 win. He tripled for the second game in a row, giving him three on the season. Sharpe is batting .262/.390/.377 in 22 games.

In Australia, Ji-Hwan Bae went 0-for-4 during the first game of week five in the league. He is hitting .296/.406/.500 in 16 games.
