Game Notes: Casey Sadler made his third start of the year. In his previous two starts he combined to give up five earned runs in eight innings of work. As a reliever this year he has a 3.26 ERA in 38.2 innings, with a 35:7 K/BB ratio. He usually pitches multiple inning outings, sometimes going 3-4 innings in relief. Sadler throws his fastball consistently in the 91-93 MPH range, with good downward movement.

Lance Breedlove gave up three runs in one inning. Pat Ludwig and Josh Smith each pitched shutout innings. The offense was held to one hit.
