Starling Marte entered as a pinch runner, stole his fourth base of the year, and scored a run. Jeremy Farrell had a good day, combining to go 3-for-5 with two doubles in the two games.

Every hitter in the Bradenton lineup recorded a hit.

Game Notes: Alen Hanson and Gregory Polanco each hit their fourth homers of the year. Hanson’s was a two run shot in the third inning. Polanco hit a three run shot with two outs in the fifth inning. Nick Kingham struggled in his first two outings during the second inning. This time around he gave up a run in the first inning, then followed that up with three shutout innings. Trent Stevenson gave up five runs in the fifth inning.
