According to Jeff Passan, Major League Baseball is expected to suspend Spring Training. He also notes that the beginning of the regular season could be delayed as well. This is obviously a story that will play out over the next few days as more information comes out. We will post any updates below.
After a conference call among owners this afternoon, Major League Baseball is expected to suspend spring training. The league likely will delay the beginning of the regular season as well. At this point, it's a formality that ownership-level sources expect to happen.

Some reports about spring training and players remaining with the team
Hear that MLB will ask players to stay at spring sites where they have access to team medical personnel, can continue to work out and will not be fanning out across the country. But players can go as they please.

MLB has officially suspended action and Opening Day will be at least two weeks later.
Statement from Bob Nutting
Minor League Baseball has also announced that their season will start later. An interesting decision, considering that their season was scheduled to start on April 9th, exactly two weeks after Opening Day in the majors.
