One day after Andrew McCutchen had to leave the game early with a knee injury, the Pittsburgh Pirates lost another outfielder during a game against the Toronto Blue Jays. Gregory Polanco left Saturday’s gam early after injuring his left hamstring while running after a fly ball in the fifth inning. After a visit from the trainer, Polanco limped off the field and was replaced in right field by Sean Rodriguez. His status is day-to-day.
