| Bazar seems like a typical Pirates pick. He’s a huge pitcher with a projectable frame, and currently throws 90 mph. He also throws a curve and change. Bazar only threw 30 innings during the 2012 season due to tendinitis in his right shoulder. He underwent intense physical therapy and was able to come back from the injury. He wasn’t ranked among 110 players in Baseball America’s Texas rankings in a class that was considered below average. Bazar is an intriguing option because of his size. He has a commitment to the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and seems unlikely to sign. |
