Del Rosario is a small righty from the Dominican.  He wasn’t a prominent signing.  He throws a four-seam fastball that sits in the mid-90s early in games, along with a sinker, slider and change.

Del Rosario spent the season in the Bradenton rotation and was very solid.  He didn’t miss many bats, but he threw strikes and got a lot of ground balls.  He had no meaningful platoon split.

Given his size, there’ll be obvious questions about Del Rosario’s ceiling, but he’s consistently pitched well.
