Kyle McPherson will get his 5th start for Altoona since moving up from Bradenton. Overall between the two teams he has a 5-3 2.99 record in 16 starts with 79 strikeouts and just 13 walks allowed. In his last start on Tuesday, Kyle gave up two runs in five innings with seven strikeouts.

Brett Lorin is making his 11th start of the year tonight. He has also made 5 relief appearances. As a starter he has a 3.40 ERA in 47.2 IP. He has recorded 65 strikeouts in 65.1 innings with just 12 walks allowed. He has allowed just two homers on the season and none in his last ten appearances

Colton Cain is making his 16th start of the season this afternoon. He has given up just one earned run over 11 innings pitched in his last two starts. In five June starts he had a 1-1 2.17 record. He improved his ERA for a second straight month posting a 4.58 ERA in April and a 2.78 mark in May.
