The Pittsburgh Pirates are on the road to take on the New York Yankees in their first night game of Spring Training. Chris Archer was supposed to start tonight, but he was scratched as a precaution due to neck stiffness. The opposing pitcher will be Gerrit Cole, who is scheduled to go one inning. Today’s game is radio only.

Chris Stratton will get the start. He will be followed by Yacksel Rios, Luis Escobar, Nick Mears, Geoff Hartlieb and two guys who didn’t pitch last year due to Tommy John surgery, Nik Turley and Edgar Santana.
The bench tonight will include Ke’Bryan Hayes, Oneil Cruz, Jason Martin, Jared Oliva, Arden Pabst, Jason Delay, Jake Elmore and Andrew Susac.
Right-handed pitchers Pedro Vasquez, Joel Cesar, Beau Sulser and Samuel Reyes are all over from minor league camp. Reyes is the younger brother of Pablo Reyes.
