Pirates Part Ways With Ray Searage and Tom Prince

Published:

The Pittsburgh Pirates have parted ways with pitching coach Ray Searage and bench coach Tom Prince, per a team press release. The team informed Searage and Prince that they will not be candidates to return to the club’s 2020 Major League staff.

They also announced that all other coaches on the MLB staff will be candidates to remain on the big league staff, “pending the conclusion of the managerial and coaching staff hiring process.”

For analysis of these two moves, check out my article from this morning.
