Notes From Pirate City: Burnett Going Three Innings

The Pittsburgh Pirates will wrap up minor league camp today with two intrasquad games. The Triple-A and Double-A teams will square off, with A.J. Burnett getting a start against the Triple-A hitters. Burnett is expected to go three innings. The A-ball game will feature Jameson Taillon against Stetson Allie.

Here are the pitching lineups for today’s games.

Triple-A vs Double-A

AAA: Justin Wilson

AA: A.J. Burnett (Starter), Doug Slaten, Duke Welker, Victor Black

Note: Welker and Black were supposed to pitch yesterday, but Welker’s outing was cut short and Black’s was cancelled due to rain.

A-Ball Game

A: Stetson Allie (Starter), Matt Benedict, Jordan Cooper, Trent Stevenson

A: Jameson Taillon (Starter), Jason Townsend, Casey Sadler, Justin Ennis
