Good morning from Dunedin, Fla. home of the Toronto Blue Jays spring training facility.

  • Right-hander James McDonald (two innings) will start today, kicking off the Grapefruit League at 1:05.
  • Relievers following McDonald are: Brad Lincoln, Chris Resop, Daniel McCutchen, Tony Watson, Chris Leroux, Ryota Igrashi, Juan Cruz.
  • Backup arms (minor leaguers) are Jose Diaz, Ryan Beckman and Michael Dubee.
  • Today’s lineup:

  • The Pirates agreed to terms with 25 players for the 2012 season. They include: Chase d’Arnaud, Matt Hague, Josh Harrison, Gorkys Hernandez,  Jared Hughes, Chris Leroux, Brad Lincoln, Jeff Locke, Starling Marte, Andrew McCutchen, Daniel McCutchen, James McDonald, Michael McKenry, Kyle McPherson, Jordy Mercer, Bryan Morris, Daniel Moskos, Yamaico Navarro, Gustavo Nunez, Rudy Owens, Alex Presley, Neil Walker, Tony Watson, Duke Welker and Justin Wilson.
  • The Pirates will face the Blue Jays again tomorrow but at McKechnie Field to kick off their home opener. Lefty Erik Bedard (two innings) will start for the Bucs against left-hander Aaron Laffey.
  • Following Bedard in relief tomorrow are: Shairon Martis (2), Joel Hanrahan, Jason Grilli, Doug Slaten, Evan Meek and Daniel Moskos. Backup arms are Duke Welker and Tim Wood.
  • Daniel Cabrera, Kevin Correia, Jeff Karstens, Rudy Owens, Charlie Morton, Gerrit Cole, Jeff Locke and Kyle McPherson are scheduled to throw sides tomorrow.
