D'Arnaud went 4-for-5 with a homer.

Notes: Rudy Owens (6-4, 4.70) pitched five innings, allowing three runs on six hits, with four walks and four strikeouts.  Chris Leroux (3.72) pitched two shutout innings, allowing two hits and striking out two.  Jared Hughes (13.50) made his AAA debut, allowing a run on two walks and two hits, getting just two outs.

Chase d’Arnaud (.297) went 4-for-5 with a homer and five RBIs, as well as his 13th stolen base of the season.  Alex Presley (.339) and John Bowker (.331) each went 2-for-5 with a double.  Miles Durham (.273) went 3-for-4.  Eric Fryer (.297) went 2-for-4 with two doubles and a walk.  Gorkys Hernandez (.267) went 2-for-5.

Notes: Kyle McPherson (0-1, 4.76) made his debut at the AA level today, allowing three runs on seven hits in 5.2 innings, with no walks, four strikeouts, and two homers.  McPherson pitched five shutout innings, then gave up two singles and two homers in the sixth inning before being pulled.  Diego Moreno (7.71) pitched 1.1 innings, allowing a run on two hits.  Tim Alderson (2.14) pitched a shutout inning.

Starling Marte (.329) went 2-for-4.  Matt Curry (.300) went 1-for-2 with a double and two walks.  Jordy Mercer (.256) went 0-for-2 with two walks.

BRADENTON MARAUDERS (A+)

Lorin didn't allow an earned run in five innings.

Elevys Gonzalez (.321) went 2-for-4 with a double.  Ramon Cabrera (.331) went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run.  Robbie Grossman (.276) went 1-for-3 with a walk.
